Random Walker Brackets

For those looking for some last-minute algorithmic help filling out their brackets (if your pool doesn't count the first four games), I got word today that Mark McClure has performed the random walker rankings for college basketball this year.  In my limited experience looking at such rankings in previous years, one of the issues with this approach applied to college basketball is that there appears to be a well-established home court advantage, at least insofar as typically appears looking at intra-conference home-at-home series.  Joel Sokol at Georgia Tech uses a system with similar mathematical features that takes into account such issues.
